😃 This is how I get a lot of MCT/coconut oil at once whilst simultaneously easing inflammation. I cook a lot with coconut oil (even tonight with mushrooms) as mushrooms do pair rather well with coconuts, and their oil/milk. So that’s perfect for adding both the Lion’s Mane mushroom together. You can use that much 🥥 dispersed throughout different recipes such as: energy (oatmeal) bars, baking, sweets, potatoes, (I use it a lot.) Bake/cook Fish with it and fish oil. Make coconut based clam/fish chowder, especially salmons and tunas. Vitamin B12. Cinnamon. Turmeric. (All these can be in capsule form, if need be, of course.)
