I closed my hand in my truck door!
Yep. I closed my hand in my truck door yesterday. Hard.
It blew up right away. No broken bones it seemed but wow it hurt.
I make a mush of comfrey, plantain and yarrow in the blender with some apple cider coinage and water. Made a poultice and wrapped it with plastic wrap.
This morning you can hardly see anything and it feels 100 times better!
I’d like to hear about other “first aid” remedies others use.

Plantain is a miracle plant, I swear. Plantain and mullein are our big medicinal go-to’s. That and garlic for everything as my mother always says. I’m glad your hand is feeling better 🙏 God bless and hoping for a speedy recovery for you
