Viewing screens and menus on different devices
Wanted to point out that the screens and menus of the platform may look slightly different depending on what device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.) you are using. Couple of tips that people have had questions about:
1) How to log out? There is a Log Out button at the bottom of the main menu on the left side of the screen and another one in the menu that you can access by clicking on your member icon at the top right of the screen. Because the button is at the very bottom of the menu you may have to scroll down to see it. If you are having issues scrolling down, try turning your device to change the screen orientation.
2) My notifications disappear how can I see them? When you receive a notification, it appears for a few seconds on your screen and also puts a number on the little bell icon next to your member icon at the top right corner of the page. If you click on either of these, it changes the status of the notification to “Read” and disappears. If you want to view these notifications, go to your member menu and click on “Notifications”, then click on the “Read” button to view all previous notifications.
