  * Can you add a checkmark option ✅️ next to each message received to help us to keep track if we responded back.

  * Provide a PO Box where anyone can mail in the items to donate. From those items donated you can do a raffle for all subscribers and reveal the winner or winners during your live stream!

  * Can you add a drop-down menu on the left sidebar with the list (bullet points) of options available to users depending on the subject. This can help to simplify the Q and A search for all subscribers.
